  3. Where are you located?
    The Aruba Beach Club Resort is located on Punta Brabo Beach in the low-rise hotel area about a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport & half-way between the city of Oranjestad and the Palm Beach high-rise hotel area.

  4. Is there a spa at the Resort or is there one nearby?
    Zenergy Spa is located on-site.

  5. Are beach towels furnished by the Resort?
    Beach towels are supplied by Resort.

  6. Is there daily housekeeping service?
    Daily housekeeping service is supplied by Resort except on Sundays and official holidays when service is limited to the removal of trash & the exchange towels.

  7. Does the Resort have laundry facilities for guests?
    A coin operated self-service laundromat is conveniently located on-site. Tokens ($2.50 each) are available at Front Desk.

  8. What equipment and utensils are included in the kitchens?
    All units have kitchens with full-size refrigerators, microwaves, cookware, tableware, coffeemaker and toaster. All one-bedroom suites have a stove with oven. Superior rooms are equipped with stove-top (no oven).

  9. Are barbeque grills available for guest use?
    The Resort has a grilling center and gas grills for guest use. Please reserve at the Front Desk. The fee is $ 7.00 for 3 consecutive hours use.

  10. Is there a place to shower andstore luggage before leaving for a late flight?
    The Resort has a courtesy room available subject to room availability on Saturdays. Luggage may be stored securely in the Member's Lounge.

  11. Does the Resort have wheelchairs available for guest use?
    You may request a wheelchair upon arrival or in advance by emailing tbritten@arubabeachclub.net. Please include your name, arrival time and date. A $100 deposit is added to your account and credited upon return of the wheelchair.

  12. Does the Resort have baby cribs, high chairs and strollers available?
    Cribs are available for a fee of $5.50 nightly or $32.00 weekly. High chairs are available free of charge. You may request them upon arrival or by emailing lurbina@arubabeachclub.net. Sorry, strollers are not available.

  13. Are cots or extra beds available?
    An extra bed is available upon request at a charge of $10.50 nightly.

  14. Can accomodations be made for additional nights stay?
    Please contact the Reservations department via mail at reservations@arubabeachclub.net for additional night availability.

  15. Is there an on-site scuba facility?
    Pelican Adventures operates a Concierge desk in the adjacent Casa del Mar lobby where you can register for scuba diving as well as sailing, snorkeling and many other exciting island adventures. You may contact the Concierge Desk at concierge@casadelmar-aruba.net

  16. Can we get married on the island?
    Yes, civil marriage is legal in Aruba with the following documentation:
    • Copies of birth certificate for bride and groom with apostle (state certification).
    • Passport picture page or valid state issued picture ID for Bride & Groom.
    • Witness passport picture page or valid state issued picture ID (minimum 2 witnesses over 18 years of age.
    • Certificate of no impediment for bride and groom (also referred to as a single status report and in some states called a negative statement of marriage). Apostles are required for "negative statement of marriage")
    • If either party has been divorced a copy of the 1st and last page of the divorce decree(s) is required.
    • If either party is a widow(er) copy of death certificate is required.

  17. Is wireless internet access available in the rooms & suites?
    Yes, Wi-Fi is available everywhere on property for a fee. You have to connect to wifiaruba-abc and purchase a prepaid access card online using only Visa & Mastercard. Some of our members do have challenges with optimal reception in their rooms because of the thick concrete walls of our property. Our public areas allow for easy access as do the patios and balconies or the dining area close to the windows in the rooms. There is a free Wi-Fi hot spot available the Cayena Terrace and may sometimes reach the Resort lobby. Your laptop needs to be equipped for built-in wireless, most modern laptops already have this. If you use a wireless internet connection at home or at work, you are all set. Wi-Fi access cards are also available online at www.wifiaruba.com. Cards purchased are non-refundable. In case of problems contact Setar at 583-4000.

  18. Are hair dryers available in the rooms & suites?
    Yes, all rooms & suites are equipped with wall mounted hairdryers.

  19. Are electrical convertors required for small appliances?
    No convertors are required for visitors from the United States. The island's electrical system is exactly the same as your home.

  20. Are all suites directly on the ocean or are there rooms with scenic view only?
    Almost all our suites do have a view of the ocean, sixteen suites are oceanfront. Click on floor plans, and you will find room floor plans and a site plan with unit numbers indicated.

  21. Is public transportation available near the Resort?
    A bus stop is located a 3-minute walk from the Resort.

  22. What are the check in and checkout times?
    Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 11:00am.

  23. Is shuttle service available from/to the airport?
    Resorts are not allowed to operate shuttle services from/to the airport. Taxi service is readily available, efficient and inexpensive. The airport is a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic.

  24. Do all rooms & suites have balconies?
    All ground floor rooms & suites have a patio, all rooms & suites on upper floors have a balcony. Chairs and tables are provided on the patios & balconies.

  25. Are tennis courts available for guests?
    There are four courts shared by guests of both Resorts, two at Aruba Beach Club and two at Casa Del Mar Ambassador.

  26. Do the rooms have irons & ironing boards?
    All suites are equipped with irons and ironing Boards

  27. Is there a restaurant on-site?
    Ricardo's Restaurant & Bar is located on-site.

  28. Is there car rental availability on-site or close by the Resort?
    Econo Car Rental has a reservation desk located in the Resort lobby, open daily 9am - 5pm.
